Bill Sherman

Bill Sherman leads Political IQ’s consulting, training and organizational change practice areas. He helps organizations understand their current practices, then produces lasting impact through strategically-targeted interventions. Bill has guided many of the world’s most recognizable brands through complex organizational change, including strategic reengineering of people and processes, organizational culture and performance management and system realignment. His expertise in evaluation, model development, product design and impact metrics is unmatched in the field.

Lonnie Harmon
Operations Director

Lonnie Harmon, Political IQ’s Operations Director, has a depth and breadth of experience in training and organizational change. Following a notable career at a Fortune 100 company, he oversaw the growth of a niche ERP training company and has created training for clients as diverse as DHL, Merck, Wells Fargo, and Harley-Davidson. At Political IQ, Lonnie leads all aspect of project management, ensuring that we stay on time and within budget. Regardless of industry, culture, or challenge, Lonnie provides enormous value both tactically and strategically.

Andy Scheurer

Andy Scheurer brings over ten years of HR and, learning and organizational development, to the Political IQ team as our Manager of Learning and Organizational Development. Most recently, Andy was an HR Business Partner with Ford Motor Company where he supported various teams – from manufacturing facilities to emerging mobility-technology skill teams within Ford Smart Mobility. Andy has experience leveraging organizational development to create lasting change as well as enhance individual, team, and organizational effectiveness.

AJ Marsden

A.J. Marsden is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist on the Political IQ Team. She also serves as a full-time professor at a private university. She has experience in test development, assessment validation, research, and data analysis which enables her to provide support to a variety of clients. A.J. has also previously served as a Surgical Assistant – Operating Room Nurse for the United States Army and has specialized knowledge in the medical field.

Renee Hawthorne

Renee Hawthorne , Political IQ’s Creative Director is deeply experienced in corporate branding, print collateral, motion graphics, multimedia, presentation decks, web, and marketing development. Her unerring attention to detail helps her to communicate with clients from all levels of business, from mid-level managers to executives. Having operated for nearly two decades in a consulting environment, she has a tenacity and a level-headed approach to any challenge with a can-do attitude resulting in stunning outcomes and pleased clients.
